Performance-wise the mod has a moderate impact in very large battles, ie more than 2 v 2 full stack battles. I also wanted the squirts, spurts and spills to be cranked up to add to the madness of battle. I wanted to give the feeling of drenching the battlefield in blood gradually and have the blood stay long enough that the player can observe the carnage they've wrought. In terms of details, the mod adds a couple of blood textures and mixes up the existing blood vfx to basically give more of everything and make battles feel truly visceral.
This mod reworks various aspects of the Blood for the Blood God III DLC to make blood more visceral and quite frankly excessive in the best possible way to fully support immersion in the Warhammer battle fantasy.
